Standard Shipping Guidelines & Delivery Times
- Your LEGOLAND goods will be delivered Monday through to Friday; excluding public holidays.
- We normally process the last online orders at 10 AM on business days.
- Orders placed after 10 AM on business days and public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Estimated shipping times are between 3-7 days but may vary due to factors which are beyond our control.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Warehouse or Receiving Department.
- All receiving must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
- We will email you the tracking number once the orders have been processed.

Failed Delivery Attempt
- Please contact our delivery partner to re-schedule the delivery.
- We are not liable nor responsible in the event of damaged or lost in transit by the courier company.
