  • How to buy LEGO Products from the LLMR retail online store?

  • How long will the launch offers last? What is the campaign duration?

These offers are available for a limited time only and some offers are valid while stocks last.

  •  I cannot find what I am looking for in the store? Will you be adding more items to the store?

Items are updated from time to time and we are gradually adding more items to the store. If you want to check out a larger range of products please check out our official store on Shopee. https://shopee.com.my/legolandshop.os Please note that there might be some differences in terms of the offers and freebies available.

  • How do Annual Pass holders redeem the 20% off (extended till 7th June) & 10% off (after 8th June) exclusive launch offer?

    Upon checkout, AP holders just need to enter their Annual Pass Membership ID in the discount code section. The AP Membership ID will be verified and the Discount deduction will be automatically tabulated at the checkout.

    • What are the other benefits that Annual Pass holders can get?
      • AP get 20% off all LEGO products purchased here. Please note that some items are excluded from the discount like pre-orders, promotional or discounted items, new and some seasonal products.

    • My Annual Pass number is not working when I enter it in the discount code section?
    Please check if your Annual Pass is valid and has not expired. If you have already renewed your Annual Pass and its still not working please send an email to LLMmerchandise@LEGOLAND.my with your Annual Pass number, Name and Contact number with Subject mentioning: "Invalid AP Discount Code" We will need a day to validate and make the necessary correction to ensure that your valid Annual Pass number is working as a discount code.
    • What is the LEGO Gift that shoppers will get with the minimum spend of RM150?

    The free gift will be in the form of a LEGO Key chain (no specific theming will be assigned). This FREE product will be delivered together with the order/shipment.

    • What does the free shipping covers?
      • FREE Shipment is valid for minimum spend of RM150 in one purchase transaction. Shipment only covers delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. If you are from East Malaysia and would like to make a purchase, please drop us an email at LLMmerchandise@LEGOLAND.my
    • Please explain more about the FREE child ticket?
      • Ticket type: Child Combo ticket to Theme Park and SEA LIFE (worth RM200).
      • Eligibility to get the free ticket:
        • net spend RM200 in one transaction, get 1 ticket.
        • net spend RM1,000 in one transaction get 2 Tickets.
      • Eligible shoppers will receive the Child Ticket in a form of physical voucher together with their shipment. This voucher can be redeemed at the LEGOLAND ticketing counter upon their date of visit.
      • Voucher is valid until 31 December 2020.
    • Can you explain more on the Instant Cash Rebate?
      • Eligibility: RM25 rebate for min. RM200 spend in one purchase transaction. Shopper will have to enter the following code in the discount code section of the checkout page: 200GET25DISC
      • This cash rebate is available for the FIRST 700 shoppers only
      • Annual Pass holders are not entitled to this rebate as they are already enjoying the 20% OR 10% off offer.
    • Does the delivery/shipment cover countries other than Malaysia?
    We are only shipping orders within Peninsular Malaysia at the moment. If you are from East Malaysia and would like to place an order, please send us an email at LLMmerchandise@LEGOLAND.my and our team will revert to you.
    • How can Shoppers track their orders/shipment?

    Tracking number will be send to guest upon fulfillment of their order. They can track their shipment with the below link:  http://www.skynet.com.my/track

    • How do shoppers get notified on their purchase? On their shipment/delivery?
    Shoppers will be notified via email (provided by consumer during checkout) which will be auto-generated after they successfully complete their order. Upon processing of the order the customer will get an email will contain the tracking number which can be used to track the shipment (see the link above).
