  • How to buy LEGO Products from the LLMR retail online store?

  • How long will the launch offers last? What is the campaign duration?

These offers are available for a limited time only and some offers are valid while stocks last.

  •  I cannot find what I am looking for in the store? Will you be adding more items to the store?

Items are updated on a regular basis. Some items may be unavailable at some point of time pending replenishments or may be discontinued. 

  • How do Annual Pass holders redeem the 10% Annual Pass Discount

    Upon checkout, AP holders just need to enter their Annual Pass Membership ID in the discount code section. The AP Membership ID will be verified and the Discount deduction will be automatically tabulated at the checkout.

     

    • My Annual Pass number is not working when I enter it in the discount code section?
    Please check if your Annual Pass is valid and has not expired. If you have already renewed your Annual Pass and its still not working please send an email to LLMmerchandise@LEGOLAND.my with your Annual Pass number, Name and Contact number with Subject mentioning: "Invalid AP Discount Code" We will need a day to validate and make the necessary correction to ensure that your valid Annual Pass number is working as a discount code.
    • What does the free shipping covers?
      • FREE Shipment is valid for minimum spend of RM150 in one purchase transaction. Shipment only covers delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. If you are from East Malaysia and would like to make a purchase, please drop us an email at LLMmerchandise@LEGOLAND.my
      • Does the delivery/shipment cover countries other than Malaysia?
      We are only shipping orders within Peninsular Malaysia at the moment. If you are from East Malaysia and would like to place an order, please send us an email at LLMmerchandise@LEGOLAND.my and our team will revert to you.
      • How can Shoppers track their orders/shipment?
      Tracking number will be send to guest upon fulfillment of their order. They can track their shipment with the below link: https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/

      • How do shoppers get notified on their purchase? On their shipment/delivery?
      Shoppers will be notified via email (provided by consumer during checkout) which will be auto-generated after they successfully complete their order. Upon processing of the order the customer will get an email will contain the tracking number which can be used to track the shipment (see the link above).
